For live remote desktop support please download and run this file first: CelSoftQS.exe

This runs TeamViewer on your PC that allows desktop sharing with us - but only after you have sent us the session number and password. You will either have to email these to us or telephone to book a support session. The codes are one time session use only and TeamViewer is completely secure.
